About this event
Kelley--our activities director--is celebrating her Plenty-Sixth birthday on Labor Day. Since many of us are busy with family, watching college football (she will be), or attending the Corvette Caravan, we are celebrating her a few weeks early. Read the newsletter for more back story on why these destinations were chosen.
8:00 AM: Meet up and have breakfast at Cafe 290, 11011 US-290, Manor, TX 78653
9:00 AM: Leave head towards Bastrop
10:00 AM: Meet up with our southside members at Bu-Cee's, 1700 State Hwy 71 East, Bastrop, TX 78602
11:00 AM: Arrive at the STryk Dairy (please bring cash or your check book plus a cooler with ice packs--gotta keep the cheese, milk, and whatever else COLD.
12:30 PM: Tour the Shiner Brewery and Distillery, you can purchase your tour package here--LCC has not reserved anything special--https://shiner.com/book-your-tour/
After the tour we will have BBQ at the brewery.
