Membership in LCC is limited to registered owners (and spouses) of Chevrolet Corvettes. Membership offers friendship with other Corvette owners, an avenue to technical expertise, NCCC and local competition, parties, B.S. Sessions, an opportunity to do charity fund raising and much more. LCC operates under the guidelines set forth in its constitution and bylaws.
Couples comprise the majority of LCC membership but there are also many single members. The club is involved in community affairs through participation in parades, car shows and local charity programs. In addition, car oriented activities such as autocrosses, drag racing, tours and rallys allow the whole family to participate in a safe, wholesome and fun environment.
LCC is sponsored by Don Hewlett Chevrolet, Rudy's Country Store & Bar-B-Q, Mesa Home Systems, American Racing Technology, and Bikini's Bar & Grill.
LCC supports the national charity of NCCC, as well as many other local worthy organizations.
LCC meets at Northwest Recreation Center on the first Friday of each month at 7:30 p.m. for the Business meeting. The Executive Committee meets at VFW Post #8787 at 7:00 p.m. on the first Wednesday following the Business meeting. The Social meeting is the second Wednesday after the business meeting of each month and is held at Bikini's Bar and Grill on IH-35 - Exit 239 (5 min. north of UT) at 7:00 p.m. Meeting locations may be changed as needed. The meeting location will be posted on the Web Site and published in the BULLetin.
